If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy is here to ensure your peace of mind.

Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Roman Shades & Roller Shades and Thermal Curtains if the original packaging has been opened or removed, as these are considered custom-made products. All sales on clearance or final sale items are also final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement. The processing time can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Deductions: Please note that the original cost of Standard Shipping (if you selected it) is non-refundable. Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference.
