Custom Products
Please note that Roman Shades & Roller Shades and Thermal Curtains are considered custom-made products once their original packaging has been opened. For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened or removed.

Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Order Cancellation

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer two shipping options:

- Free Shipping: Carrier: EMS | Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment | Available on orders over $50
Delivery Areas
We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your item(s).
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Roman Shades & Roller Shades and Thermal Curtains if the original packaging has been opened or removed
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed. The original cost of Standard Shipping (if you selected it) is non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference.
