Product Descriptions

Custom Products

Please note that Roman Shades & Roller Shades and Thermal Curtains are considered custom-made products once their original packaging has been opened. For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened or removed.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and Curtains Shop.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Your payment will be processed at the time of order placement. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided it has not yet entered the processing stage. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Carrier: DHL or FedEx | Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment | Cost: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Carrier: EMS | Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment | Available on orders over $50

Delivery Areas

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return and exchange period from the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Roman Shades & Roller Shades and Thermal Curtains if the original packaging has been opened or removed
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the process.
2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed. The original cost of Standard Shipping (if you selected it) is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference.
